Nguyen Tien Sy
Nguyen Tien Sy (Simi) founder of the restaurant, arrived in Hungary in 1986. But started cooking at the age of 6. Back in the days, he prepared food for his Hungarian friends who fell in love with Vietnamese cuisine. After his son Tangi's (Nguyen Tien Thang) suggestion, he decided to open his first Vin.Vin express restaurant in 2016 in District XIII. At Dunavirág street. Vin.Vin express is simple self-service eateries catered for people working in the nearby offices. Finally, after many requests from their guests, they decided to open Vin.Vin city in April 2018, focusing more on downtown. At Vin.Vin city guests can come to dine in with friends and family in a modern and cozy environment. Currently, they have 4 restaurants in Budapest and looking to expand restaurant empire in the near future.
